FARGO, N.D. - Leota "Otie" Fagerstrom, 84, Valley City, N.D., died Sunday in Sanford Health.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by the memorial service at 2 p.m., Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Valley City. Inurnment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Valley City.
