FARGO, N.D. - Ernest "Jim" Altringer, 81, Valley City, N.D., died Sunday in Veterans Administration Hospital.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m., followed by a celebration of life service at 7 p.m. Saturday at Epworth United Methodist Church, Valley City.
