BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. - Phillip Hagen, 72, Breckenridge, died Saturday in St. Francis Healthcare Campus.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Wednesday at Willow Creek Chapel (920 3rd Ave N) in Wahpeton, N.D. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the funeral. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Breckenridge Lutheran Church.
