DEVILS LAKE, N.D. - Merlin C. Skadsem, 58, Devils Lake, died Wednesday in Mercy Hospital.

Visitation will be from 10-1 p.m., followed by the funeral at 1 p.m., Saturday at Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel in Devils Lake.
