Helen J. Rosley, 91, of Fargo, ND, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 31, 2012 at Sanford Health of Fargo.

Helen Jorgine Rosley was born October 27, 1921 in Valley City, ND to Einar and Anna (Evenson) Rosley. She attended grade school and high school in Fargo, graduating from Central High School in 1941.

Helen J. Rosley, 91, of Fargo, ND, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 31, 2012 at Sanford Health of Fargo.

Helen Jorgine Rosley was born October 27, 1921 in Valley City, ND to Einar and Anna (Evenson) Rosley. She attended grade school and high school in Fargo, graduating from Central High School in 1941.

Helen worked in Washington DC during World War II for the Quartermaster. She then moved back to Fargo, where she worked for Northern Abstract and Cass County Abstract. On November 27 of this year, Helen was recognized for 30 years of service to the Village Family Service Center of Fargo, where she was still employed at the time of her death. She loved baking cakes and making fudge for her coworker family at the Village. Helen also enjoyed reading, knitting, and watching Lawrence Welk.

Helen is survived by her sister, Eleanor Oremland, Springfield, VA; brother, Donald (Mona) Rosley, Wahpeton, ND; 9 nieces and nephews, including her special niece, Dawn Rosley; and her cousin, Phyllis Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Arlene Moe; niece, Nancy Oremland; brother-in-law, Robert Oremland; and sister-in-law, Marion Rosley.

Memorial Service: 10am, Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND

Burial: Kindred Cemetery, Kindred, ND

Memorials are preferred to Olivet Lutheran Church of Fargo.
