DEVILS LAKE, N.D. - Andrew “Andy” Horner, 58, Devils Lake, died Tuesday in Mercy Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Sunday at Gilbertson Funeral Home in Devils Lake. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Devils Lake.
