FARGO, N.D. - Elmer C. Vangsness, 91, Fargo, died Saturday in Rosewood on Broadway Nursing Home.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Peace Lutheran Church in Fargo. Burial will be at a later date in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Mandan, N.D.
