PHOENIX, Ariz. - Frances Wall, 86, Bottineau, N.D., died Friday in a Phoenix hospital.
Visitation will be from 1-9 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., today at Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church in Bottineau.
