James W. Altringer

James W. Altringer, 85 of Fargo, ND died on Feb 1, 2013 surrounded by family at Villa Maria nursing home. James was born in Hope, ND to William and Adah on Feb 5, 1928. He is pre-deceased by his sisters Jeanette, Betty and Patty and brother Frank.

He married Eloda Christianson on July 23, 1948. After serving his time in the Army during WWII, James spent the remainder of his career in the printing business.

James, a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather is survived by his wife, Eloda; children Michael, Mary, Joan, Mark, Julie and James(Bim). He also leaves 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday at 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service to follow at Boulger Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be on Monday at 10:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Interment will be at noon at Holy Cross Cemetery South.
