DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - Cleo H.J. Skramstad, 85, Detroit Lakes, died Friday in Ecumen Emmanuel Nursing Home.
Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m., followed by the funeral at 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 9 at David Donehower Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes. Interment will be in the spring in First Lutheran Cemetery in Kensington, Minn.
