BATTLE LAKE, Minn. - Ruth Rakstad, 91, Battle Lake, formerly Vining, Minn., died Sunday in Good Samaritan Center.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by the funeral at 2 p.m., will be Thursday at Folden Lutheran Church near Vining.
