Grace Kuehl

Grace Kuehl, 89, Moorhead, MN, died on February 20 at River Pointe Senior Care Facility.

Grace Travis was born in Bismarck, ND and grew up and attended schools in Fargo, ND, graduating from Central High School. She worked at the Fargo National Bank before marrying Stanley Kuehl on December 5, 1945. They farmed south of Moorhead until retiring in 1986. Grace enjoyed living on the farm until moving to a south Moorhead condo in 2007.

Grace Kuehl, 89, Moorhead, MN, died on February 20 at River Pointe Senior Care Facility.

Grace enjoyed living on the farm until moving to a south Moorhead condo in 2007.

Grace is survived by her children, Kathy (Roy) Williams, Moorhead; Carrie Kuehl, Albany, NY; Scott (Brenda) Kuehl, Mahtomedi, MN; grandchildren, Jason, Brady, Matthew, Lindsey, Monica, Andrew, Ryan and great grandchildren, Shane, Jordan, Jade, Brynlie and Monroe.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband Stanley, her parents, four sisters, Helen, Phyllis, Lucille, Marie; and three brothers, George, Harold and Duke.

Grace will be remembered for her kindness and generosity to all; her love of children; devotion to her family; and her enjoyment of everyday simple pleasures such as reading, hard work, good coffee, birds, flowers, going for a walk, a beautiful stone.

A memorial gathering and interment at the Elmwood Cemetery, Sabin, MN will be held in the spring.
