FARGO, N.D. - Ralph E. Otterson, 72, West Fargo, N.D., died Friday in Sanford Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m., Tuesday at Armstrong Funeral Home in Lisbon, N.D. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
