FARGO, N.D. - Cecelia “Toots” Sundquist, 89, Forman, N.D., died Sunday in Sanford Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 5-7p.m., with a vigil service at 7 p.m., Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Forman. The funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Arrangements by Price Funeral Chapel in Forman.
