FERGUS FALLS, Minn. - Richard Herbranson, 61, Fargo, N.D., died Thursday in Minnesota Veterans Home.
Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m., followed by the funeral at 1:30, Friday at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo. A reception will follow.
