Shirley Sether, 76, Horace, ND, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Eventide in Moorhead, Minnesota. Shirley Gale Weimer was born to George and Stella (Vallager) Weimer near Leeds, ND on October 2, 1936. She grew up in Leeds and graduated from Leeds High School in May of 1954.

Shirley married Roy Sether on June 15, 1955 in Leeds, ND. They raised their three children in Horace, ND.

Shirley Sether, 76, Horace, ND, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Eventide in Moorhead, Minnesota. Shirley Gale Weimer was born to George and Stella (Vallager) Weimer near Leeds, ND on October 2, 1936. She grew up in Leeds and graduated from Leeds High School in May of 1954.

Shirley married Roy Sether on June 15, 1955 in Leeds, ND. They raised their three children in Horace, ND.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roy; one son and two daughters: Greg (Carol) Sether, Aurora, CO; Valerie (Timothy) DeJong, Lake Park, MN; and Marjorie (Dave) Sneed, Leonard, ND; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren; one sister, Beverly (John) Roux, West Fargo, ND; one sister-in-law: DeLorez Himle, Fargo, ND; and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Eric.

Visitation: Monday, March 4, 2013, 5-7 p.m., West Funeral Home in West Fargo, ND.

Funeral: Tuesday, March 5, 2013, 11 a.m., Horace Lutheran Church, Horace, ND.

Burial: Horace Cemetery, Horace ND.
