MINNEAPOLIS - David Waggoner, 70, Park Rapids, Minn., died Sunday in Veteran's Administration Hospital.
Visitation will be from 12-1:30 p.m., followed by the funeral at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday at Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids.
