Bruce Ordahl, 47, of Milnor, ND, passed away June 29, 2013, at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.

Bruce Allen, son of Donald and Sharon (Dietzler) Ordahl was born on August 27, 1965 at Breckenridge, MN. He attended kindergarten at DeLamere, grades 1 through 12 at Milnor Public School, graduating from Milnor High School in 1983. Bruce attended North Dakota State College of Science and received an associate degree in Diesel Technology in 1985 and an associate degree in Mechanical Drafting in 2001. He was employed at J & M Printing, Inc., Gwinner, ND. Bruce married Debbie Biss, his long time fiancé on May 10, 2013.

Bruce was a member of Milnor Lutheran Church, and served on the church council. He was also active in the community, serving on the Milnor City Council, a member of the Milnor Development, the Masonic Anchor Lodge #25, Milnor Area Community Center Board President, the Sargent County Snowmobile Association, and International Printers Association. Bruce enjoyed trap shooting, hunting, fishing, and riding his ATV.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie; his daughter, Brittany (Adam Quesnell); parents, Donald and Sharon Ordahl; step-daughter, Shayla (Todd Martinson); step-son, Isaac (Morgan Weber); grandchildren, Harper & Saryce; five siblings, Kim (Lonnie) Vatnsdal, Gary Ordahl, Lisa (Bud) Heinert, Wendy (Craig) Molstad, and Jamie Ordahl; father and mother-in-law, Max and Phyllis Gelinske; brother-in-law, Kevin (Nancy) Gelinske; nieces and nephews, Nikki, Sydney, Jacob, Samantha, Kari (Ryan), Kasi, Seth, Benjamin, Josh, Gunnar, Shelby, Peyten, Georgia, and Barret; great nieces and nephew, Rylee, Jace, and Mia; as well as many other family members and friends. Bruce was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arnie and Gladys Ordahl and Clarence and Georgia Dietzler.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service starting at 7:00 p.m. at Milnor Lutheran Church. His funeral will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Milnor Lutheran Church, with burial to follow at Lakeside Cemetery. An on-line guestbook may be signed at www.dahlstromfuneralhome.com
