  • Volunteers build up a wall of sandbags along the amphitheater at Trollwood Performing Arts School in South Moorhead Tuesday afternoon. The sandbags are being built up two feet tall to help protect under the stage area where equipment is stored. The stage was moved from it's location in North Fargo to South Moorhead in attempts to bypass spring floods but because of the rainy fall season the current landscaping is not far enough along to prevent flooding this season.
