Agnes Saima Tyson
Agnes Saima Tyson, age 100, passed away on February 23, 2013 at Hospice Family Care in Gilbert, Arizona. Agnes was born on October 8, 1912 in Des Moines, Iowa to Casper and Martine Vaubel. Agnes lived in Moorhead, Minnesota from 1945 until 1976. After the death of her husband William Saima, she moved to Mesa, AZ and remained there until her death.

In 1978 she married Dwight Tyson and enjoyed many years as a reverse snowbird. During her years in Moorhead, she attended the Moorhead Evangelical Church. She held various jobs, her last job was with Corwin Churchill in Fargo working as a swithboard operator in the Auto Parts office and held that job until she retired.

Trumen Eastvold
Trumen Eastvold, 94, Borup, MN, died at The Stadler Center, Grand Forks, ND, on Thursday, January 10, 2013, following a brief illness.

Trumen Leonard Eastvold was born November 5, 1918, at home on the farm in Rockwell Township, near Borup. His parents were Gust and Millie (Quame) Eastvold. He was baptized and confirmed at Jevnaker Lutheran Church. As a young boy, he attended country school near Borup until he started farming with his family. Trumen was united in marriage to Bette Corwin on April 6, 1947 in Moorhead, MN. They lived and farmed together for many years in Rockwell Township. Trumen also raised both beef and dairy cattle for a number of years. He always appreciated all the people who would come out and help on the farm over the years in the summer and during harvest time. He especially was fortunate to have Shawn Crompton help for many years.
