Milton F. Horner
Milton F. Horner, 75 of West Fargo, died Friday, August 23, 2013 at Sanford Health in Fargo.

Milt was born on February 21, 1938 in Napoleon, ND to Frank and Eva (Glatt) Horner and attended country school in Logan County. He enlisted in the US Army in 1958 and served in Germany as a tank driver and received his GED. Following his discharge in 1960, he worked on a road construction crew in Napoleon for a short time. He married Irene Hartman on April 21, 1962 in Edgeley, ND. They lived in South Dakota for about 6 months and moved back to Edgeley where Milt worked as a police officer. He also served as Chief of Police in Drake, ND for 2 years and served on the police department in Harvey, ND for 3 years. In 1970 the family moved to West Fargo where Milt worked for EE Hurner as an over the road truck driver. He also worked as a driver for EW Wylie in West Fargo, Sunward Trucking in Jamestown, ND and most recently worked for Fargo Tank until his retirement in 2007. He was proud of driving 3 million miles accident free.

Micah Wagner
Micah Wagner, 18, of rural Fullerton, ND, died August 17, 2013, from injuries suffered from an automobile accident.

Micah John, son of Duane and Linda (Cochrane) Wagner was born on April 26, 1995 at Oakes, North Dakota. He grew up in the Fullerton area, and was baptized and confirmed at St. Ansgar Lutheran Church. He attended school at LaMoure, where he would have been a senior this year. Micah had worked at the Ranch House in Fullerton, and currently he was working at the Curwood Seefeldt farm. Micah enjoyed riding his ATV, hunting, and reading western novels.
