William Robert "Bucky" Wang
Bucky was born on the Grandin Farm, west of Halstad, MN. He was raised in Halstad. On 8/15/1950 he married Cleona Lhotka. 2 months later he was called back to the Marine Corps and served in Korea. Upon return, they moved to Fargo for 2 years and then moved back to Halstad where he was hired by Standard Oil. He worked with Standard Oil for 39 years. He was active in the community, serving in many roles for the American Legion, City Council, Co-chair of the Halstad 100th Anniversary Celebration, Halstad Lutheran Church Council and served as a volunteer firefighter for 32 years.

He is survived by his wife, Cleona, Candy (John) Spurzem, Holly Gregory and Heather Wang and 2 grandsons, William Robert Spurzem (San Francisco, CA) and Karl Peter Spurzem (NY, NY)
