Lillian (Lil) Hart
Lillian (Lil) Hart, age 98, passed away peacefully on January 30 in her home at Riverfront Manor in Pelican Rapids, MN.
Lil was born to Albert and Gertrude (Rierson) Johnson in the Hawley area. Lil was raised in Harwood and Fargo and graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1931. She worked at Armour's Creamery (Fairmont) until her marriage to Cyril Robert Hart on July 2, 1938. She and Cy made their home in Fargo, and later moved to Moorhead, MN. Lil remained in Moorhead until moving to Pelican Rapids in 2009. Lil was a homemaker and loved to entertain family and friends. She was well known for creating and serving delicious hors d/ oeuvres. She will be remembered as a beautiful lady who always made a fashion statement. Lil had been a member of Pontoppidan Lutheran Church since 1931 and was active in Circle for many years.
