Jolene was born December 19, 1946, to Joseph and Lovera (Harrum) Settelmeyer at New Rockford, ND. After graduating from St. James Academy, New Rockford, she briefly attended Bottineau (ND) Nursing College where she met and married John D. Biby of Munich, ND. They had two children and resided wherever his job took him.

He was born on the farm near Walcott, N.D. on Sept. 5, 1933. He grew up on the farm and attended school in the Colfax school system.

Curtis R. Norheim
Curtis R. Norheim, 55 of Fargo, ND, died Saturday, May 18, 2013 at his home after battling Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS).

Curt was born April 23, 1958 to parents Eugene and Kathleen (Beth) Norheim. He grew up on a farm and went to school in Rock Lake, ND. He later attended NDSU. After moving to Fargo, he worked in construction and eventually opened Curt’s Transmission, a very successful business, which he owned and operated for over 25 years. Curt was a wonderful son, brother, and friend.

West Fargo officials ask Public Works to study, address lagoon odors
WEST FARGO - City commissioners here agreed Monday night that there is an objectionable spring smell related to the city’s 400 acres of sewage lagoons and that the issue needs further scrutiny. Officials directed Public Works Director Barry Johnson to conduct research into alleviating the problem.
