Forman, ND: Cecelia “Toots” Marion (Harles) Sundquist was born October 15, 1923, to Michael and Anna Harles in Rutland Township, Sargent County. Toots grew up in the Rutland Township and attended Rutland Consolidated School. During WWII Toots worked at the Waldorf Paper Factory in St. Paul. She returned to the Rutland area and was a waitress for several years in the Rutland and Forman areas.
On December 27, 1951, she was united in marriage to Morris Sundquist in Cogswell, ND. They moved to Bowmen Township where they lived for a short time before moving to a farmstead in Dunbar Township. There they farmed, raised cattle, chickens and pigs. Toots was a stay at home mom to their three boys. She was a hard worker and anyone who knew her saw this in her hands.

Dorothea Eleanor Schmit Kemmer, 86, West Fargo, ND died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013 in Sanford Health Palliative Care surrounded by family.

Mildred “Millie” See
Mildred “Millie” Stange was born March 9, 1922 at Prosper ND to Ben and Ella Stange. She grew up in the Davenport area on her parent’s farm. After graduating from Lincoln High School in Casselton in 1941, she married Leo Janisch on August 9, 1941 and they moved to San Francisco, CA, where she worked for Southern Pacific Railroad and the telephone co. and they started their family with the birth of their first child Rodney.
They returned to the Durbin area in 1948 and farmed for 30 years. She lived on her grandfather’s farmstead until 1992 when she sold it to her daughter Rhonda and husband Jeff. She worked for Jupe's in Casselton and Club 94 for over 30 years. Millie's favorite memory of the Club 94 was all the "young kids", as she called them, who kept her young at heart as she thought of them as extended family.

Margie Lorraine Jendro McShane, 90, passed away quietly at Villa Maria Nursing Home in Fargo on February 13, 2013, surrounded by family. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30p.m. Monday, at Nativity Catholic Church, Fargo. There will be a Prayer Service at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at Nativity Church . Visitation will be at Nativity from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and one hour before the funeral Monday. Burial will be at Holy Cross North Cemetery, Fargo.
She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was born in Argusville, North Dakota, to Isidor and Amanda (Swanson) Jendro. She grew up in rural Casselton and graduated from Casselton High School in 1939. She attended Interstate Business College in Fargo and married William G. McShane in 1941.

Genevieve Ava Rieke was born June 29, 1927 in Fargo, ND to Louis and Era (Burgess) Rieke. She grew up on the family farm near Erie and graduated from Erie High School. She married Robert L. Schroeder Sr. on June 5, 1945 in South Dakota. They made their home near Erie where they farmed for many years and raised seven children. Gen was a member of the homemakers club and enjoyed gardening, baking and sewing.

Rick was born January 15, 1957 in Fargo to Arnold and Darlene Gronbeck. He grew up in the Casselton/Sheldon area before moving to Moorhead for elementary and high school, graduating from Moorhead High School in 1976. He graduated from Moorhead Technical School in 1978 with a degree in carpentry.
