BOSTON — Authorities investigating the deadly bombings at the Boston Marathon have recovered a piece of circuit board that they believe was part of one of the explosive devices, and also found the lid of a pressure cooker that apparently was catapulted onto the roof of a nearby building, an official said Wednesday.

Sylvia C. Sundet, 102, of Carrington, formerly of Maddock, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Golden Acres Manor in Carrington, ND.
Sylvia Camilla Nyland was born in Eldon Township, Benson County near Minnewaukan, ND on June 14, 1910 to Karl and Kristine (Olso) Nyland. She was baptized in the West Minnewaukan Free Church by Pastor J.P. Leeland and was confirmed in Calvary Lutheran Church in Oberon. Sylvia moved with her family to the Oberon community in the early 20’s. She married Melvin Lysne in 1927 and to this union was born a son: Robert. In 1935 Sylvia was married to Carl J. Sundet at North Viking Lutheran Parsonage in Maddock by Pastor G.R. Estrom.
