Doris E. McAndrew, 91 of Fargo, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Sanford Health in Fargo.

Doris was born December 2, 1921 in Pasadena, CA. She was the daughter of Arthur H. and Evelyn B. Gage. She attended schools in Pasadena and graduated from Pasadena Junior College. She worked for a time as an assistant buyer at Bullocks Department Store in Los Angeles. She married James A. McAndrew in Pasadena on February 19, 1943. She traveled with James to North Dakota to a life on the McAndrew farm near Grandin in Cass County.
