Gary Duggan
Gary Duggan was born December 28, 1938 in Ayr, ND, the son of Floyd and Ella (Schneekloth) Duggan. He was raised in Page, ND and graduated from Page High School in 1958. He married Carol Palmer July 2, 1960 in Page, ND.

Gary attended North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, ND and graduated in May 1961 with associates degree in heating and air conditioning. In 1962, he entered the Army and was stationed in Fort Carson, CO and later did his service in Vicenza, Italy. Upon completion of his military career in 1963, they returned back to the West Fargo area.

Jeanie Stark was born to Walter and Rosie (Miller) Stark in Vashti, North Dakota on July 5th 1925. The family lived south of Goodrich where she road horse 3 ½ miles to attend country school. In 1938 the family moved north of Tuttle.

Marian N. Wegner
Marian N. Wegner, 94, Fargo, ND passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Elim Nursing Home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Marian Agnes Tonn, the daughter of August and Minnie (Sommerfeld) Tonn, was born on August 24, 1918 and raised on the family farm four and a half miles southwest of Arthur, ND and graduated from Arthur High School. She attended Moorhead State University for two years. She was baptized, confirmed and married at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Arthur.
