Marcy Loberg, 73, Fargo, ND died on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Sanford Health, Fargo.

Marcella Magdeline Loberg was born Aug. 13, 1939 at Rugby, ND to Joseph and Eugenia (Voeller) Wentz. She graduated from high school in Balta, ND and attended Joseph’s Beauty School in Fargo. Marcy married Garland Loberg on April 19, 1969 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, West Fargo. She worked as a hairdresser in West Fargo for 31 years. In 1996, she started working as a merchandiser for Saks News, a position that she held presently.

Ruth Leona Danielson
Ruth Leona Danielson was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 18, 1947 in to Ethel (Battles) and Arthur Danielson. She spent much of her adolescence in Warroad, MN. In 1973 she moved to Fargo, where she lived until her passing on March 11, 2013.

Ruth had a kind heart and dedicated her life to caring for those around her. She was a devoted and loving mother to her two children. Never missing a baseball game or ballet recital, she was a quintessential “supermom.” Her children’s accomplishments stand as a testament to her unfailing love and support.

According to sources outside of North Dakota, one man was most responsible for organizing the 1889 North Dakota Constitutional Convention and providing the state with “one of the shortest and most succinct constitutions in the nation.” These sources state that John Rea not only organized the convention, he also “drafted the constitution adopted by North Dakota when it became a state in 1889.”
