Georgia E. Dietzler
Georgia E. Dietzler, 93, of Breckenridge, MN, formerly of Milnor, ND, passed away January 19, 2013 at St. Francis Home, Breckenridge, MN.
Georgia Ellen Gary, daughter of Earl and Maude Gary was born February 16, 1919 at Milnor, North Dakota, where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from Milnor High School in 1937. Georgia was united in marriage to Clarence Dietzler on October 8, 1937 at Milnor. To this union, four children were born. Clarence and Georgia farmed until 1947, when they became partners with Clarence's brother, Lyle and purchased the Milnor Super Valu Store. They owned and operated Dietzler's Super Valu until retiring in 1972. After retiring, Clarence and Georgia spent 20 years wintering in Weslaco, Texas, and enjoyed spending the summers at their lake home in Minnesota. Clarence passed away on August 18, 1991. Georgia continued to make her home in Milnor until she moved to Breckenridge, Minnesota. Georgia was active in ladies aid, bowling league, card clubs, and shuffling tournaments. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching the Minnesota Twins with Clarence.

Georgia E. Dietzler, 93, of Breckenridge, MN, formerly of Milnor, ND, passed away January 19, 2013 at St. Francis Home, Breckenridge, MN.
Georgia Ellen Gary, daughter of Earl and Maude Gary was born February 16, 1919 at Milnor, North Dakota, where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from Milnor High School in 1937. Georgia was united in marriage to Clarence Dietzler on October 8, 1937 at Milnor. To this union, four children were born. They owned and operated Dietzler's Super Valu until retiring in 1972. Kenneth “Kenny” Kilbride
Kenneth, age 78, of Fargo, ND, formerly Comstock, MN, died on January 13, 2013 in his home under the wonderful care of Hospice of the Red River Valley surrounded by his loving family.
Kenneth Richard Kilbride was born on September 23, 1934 to James and Regina (Vitt) Kilbride in Fargo, ND. He grew up and attended school in Fargo. Kenny was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Fargo. On January 24, 1953, he married Genelle Peterson in Comstock Lutheran Church. Together they were blessed with three children. Kenny worked for Armor and Co. before farming in the Comstock area for a short while. He then worked for Ystebo Drywall before starting his own drywall business, G & K Drywall, with his business partner, Bill Gibbons. In 1977, Kenny and Genelle purchased the Best Western motel in Willmar, MN which they operated for 12 ½ years before selling it in 1989 at which time they moved back to Comstock. At that time, Kenny worked for Dean’s Bulk Service in Barnesville, MN until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and getting together with family and friends at their lake cabin, which he built on Lake Lida. Blessed be the memory of Kenneth. He had a great sense of humor and always had a joke to tell. Kenny will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.

Donna Ludtke, 80, Enderlin, passed away January 13, 2013 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo ND.
Donna Ellen Ludtke was born October 23, 1932, to Arthur and Dorothy Roney at Nome, North Dakota. She grew up in Leonard and graduated there. Donna held various jobs in her life, but found her last career the most rewarding as a nursing assistant. She worked at Maryhill Manor in Enderlin and the Soldiers Home in Lisbon. Verna Marie Kiefer
Verna Marie Kiefer was born on March 13, 1921 at Lake City, SD the daughter of Mike and Louisa (Tscherne) Janisch. She grew up on a farm Southeast of Lake City. Verna attended Lake City High School graduating in 1940. On January 2, 1941 Verna was united in marriage to George “Pete” Kiefer. They lived on a farm near Geneseo, ND for 2 years and then moved to Cayuga in 1946. She worked for Sargent County Home Health as an aide and also worked for International Multi Foods in Forman, ND. In December of 2009 they moved to the Beverly Ann Assisted Living Center in Lisbon, ND.
Verna enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, bowling, traveling and was an avid walker. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, Cayuga Hall Auxiliary, was a founding member of the Cayuga 61’ers Homemakers Club.
