Delbert D. Tysdal
Delbert D. Tysdal, 68, of Glyndon, MN, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013, in Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND. Delbert was born November 17, 1944, in Fergus Falls, MN, to Bert and Emma (Abel) Tysdal. He grew up and attended school in Fergus Falls. Following high school, he continued his education at Drake College in Florida where he received his BS in Accounting. On May 22, 1965, he married Darlene Nelson. Together they made their home in Glyndon, MN. Delbert taught at Dakota Business College until 1976, and then started his career in Real Estate and owned rental property.

Delbert enjoyed motorcycle riding with son David, listening to concerts played by son Darin, gardening, restoring radios, antiquing, quilting, running and penmanship.

On August 8, 2013, Betty Lois Koshnick nee Christensen (age 90) passed away while a resident at the Kind-er Care Home. She moved to the Waterford Retirement Center in 2009 from their home of 35 years, after the death of her husband; and then in 2012 to Kind-er Care, where she received loving and compassionate care.

Betty was born on December 11, 1922 in Flaxton, ND, to Iver and Myrtle (Boesen) Christensen. She graduated from Borup, MN high school. In addition, she completed a 2 year teaching certificate from Moorhead State College. She was the second of 5 children. Betty maintained a close relationship with her three sisters and her brother throughout her life.
