The Vikings swept Milnor 25-12, 25-19, 25-19 during the quarterfinals of the North Dakota Class B, Region 1 volleyball tournament at Oakes High School. All four of the teams representing District 2 defeated their District 1 counterparts.

The Grovers swept North Sargent 25-23, 25-21, 25-15 in the quarterfinals of the Class B, Region 1 volleyball tournament at Oakes High School. Oak Grove (30-6) ended the third set with an 11-1 run to top the Bobcats. “We started off a little slow, but we came back and we played our best,” said junior middle hitter Hannah Kelley, who finished with eight kills for the Grovers.
