Donald W. Gulsvig, 81, of Dilworth, MN, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012, in Golden Living Center, Moorhead, MN. Donald was born August 29, 1931, to Arvil and Hilda (Meyers) Gulsvig, in Moorhead, where he grew up and attended school. He later moved to Dilworth where he had resided since. For many years he was a Ham Radio operator with the call letters KØJHL. Donald was a cowboy at heart, loved horses and fishing, but most of all loved the time spent with family and was known by his grandchildren as “grandpa fisherman.” He will be dearly missed.

Dear Dr. Fox: We have an 18-month-old German shepherd/Lab/Akita mix who we adopted from the Humane Society at 5 months old. She is very smart, and I have trained her to have good manners and do many tricks at our house. My main problem is that she acts aggressive and hostile when she cannot get to another dog when on a leash.
