There will be no celebrities making a quick stop at TNT Diner in West Fargo on Saturdays anymore. The quaint and popular diner known for its "home-cookin'" and recently as a pit stop for the Tom Hanks family, is no longer serving on Saturdays. TNT will remain open weekdays.

Jack Dalrymple unveiled his budget recommendations for the next two years Wednesday, calling for $12.8 billion of spending with proposals to enact permanent tax relief, provide an additional $102 million for Fargo-area flood control projects and invest $2.5 billion in transportation upgrades across the state.

JoAnn Quale
JoAnn Quale of Williston, formerly of Fargo, New Town and Keene died Friday, November 30, 2012 at Bethel Lutheran Nursing Home. Funeral services will be celebrated at Keene First Lutheran Church 2 PM Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Rev. Rob favorite and Rev. Kevin Beard will officiate and she will rest internally next to her parents in the church yard cemetery, Good Hope.
JoAnn Carol Quale was born July 23, 1957 in Watford City, North Dakota to George and Lillian (Pederson) Quale. Her grandmothers lived with the family until the time of their deaths. JoAnn loved the family she grew up in. As she grew older this love was extended to her in-laws, nephews (or Rug Rats, as she called them until they were adults) and her great-nephew (also, a Rug Rat). JoAnn was baptized and confirmed as a member of Keene First Lutheran Church of Keene.
