Maureen "MO" Jean Anderson of West Fargo, ND passed away on September 22, 2012 at the age of 67 after a 5 year courageous battle with breast cancer. A Memorial Services will be held on Friday September 28th at Peace Lutheran Church in Fargo, ND at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gordon Lee officiating. A graveside memorial service will be held on October 20th at Forest Hill Cemetery in Duluth, MN at 2:00 p.m.

I read the birth announcements most every day that I work. It’s not that I’m all that interested in the region’s new arrivals; it’s just part of my job as a copy editor.
One can’t help but notice a change in those announcements in recent years: It’s rare to have a list in which all of the parents are married couples.
