Donna Mae Monk, 76, of Grand Forks, ND, passed away peacefully with family by her side, Dec. 6, 2013 at Valley Eldercare, Grand Forks, ND.

Donna Mae (Brouwer) Monk was born October 29, 1937 in Wilkin County, MN the daughter of Forest and Susie (Buus) Brouwer. She grew up in rural Doran, MN. Donna graduated from Doran High School in 1956. She married Herbert Monk on April 13, 1957 at Vukku Lutheran Church, Foxhome, MN. The couple resided in Fergus Falls, Breckenridge, MN, Alvarado MN and East Grand Forks, MN. She worked as a bookkeeper, school Para and a cook. Donna and her husband Herbert owned and operated the Wagon Wheel Trailer Court, Alvarado, MN until their retirement years.

Lois Mae Sivertson Ozmun
Lois Mae Sivertson Ozmun was born December 10, 1947, in Ada, Minnesota, to Sigurd and Anne (Klevgaard) Sivertson. She lived with her family in rural Ulen until the 11th grade when she moved to Crookston and graduated from Northwestern School of Agriculture. She later attended the New York Hairdressing Academy in Fargo. Lois married Eugene Darell Ozmun on December 12, 1968, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Northfield, MN. After marriage they made their home in the Northfield area. In 1986, they moved to Farmington, MN, and in 2001, Gene and Lois moved to their beautiful lake home on Burlingame Lake near Danbury, Wisconsin.

Lois was loved for her open and generous spirit and was the kind of person that would do anything for anyone. She loved music, reading, spending time with her grandkids, and praising God at all times. Lois was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
