Pat Krabbenhoft was born on April 24, 1946, in Moorhead, MN, to Robert and Rosella (Hoppe) Krabbenhoft. She grew up in Sabin, MN, and graduated from Moorhead High School. She attended Interstate Business College in Fargo, ND.

Robert H. Nickey
Robert H. Nickey was born May 9, 1920 of parents, Guy E. Nickey and Louise Nickey, at Pelican Rapids, Minn. He graduated from Sauk Centre High School in 1938 and began student telegrapher training. He was subsequently employed by the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1940. He worked as a station agent-telegrapher many years. Later assigned Traveling Agent 1972 to his retirement in May 1980. He also was a part time bookkeeper for Nelson Imp. and Chev. At Milnor, ND for 16 years. He entered the US Army May 30, 1944 and discharged as Staff Sergeant on May 30, 1946, having served 18 months of his time in European Theater. He married Elsie C. Carlson on August 1, 1952 at Milnor, ND. They resided in Milnor during his railroad career, after retiring in 1980 they made their home in Mesa, AZ. He passed away January 29, 2013 at Banner Baywood in Mesa, AZ. Left to mourn his passing are his son, Philip (Patti), granddaughter Jennifer Hockaday and 2 great grandsons, Jacob and Samuel. His wife Elsie passed away Sept. 19, 2010. His parents and a brother and a sister preceded him in death. A memorial service will be 12:30pm, Tuesday, February 5th at Mariposa Gardens Chapel 400 S. Power Rd, Mesa, AZ, with interment, along with his wife’s at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ. Please visit www.mariposagardens.com to leave condolences. (480
