Delores Kline Phillipp, 83, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at her home in Havre. Her Memorial Service will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2013 at St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Daniel Wathen officiating. A fellowship luncheon will be held at the Parish Center immediately after the service. A private family burial will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Delores’ honor may be made to the Havre Hill County Library or to the Havre Senior Center. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.

Charles Messmer
Charles Messmer, 60, formerly of Richardton, died Monday, February 11, 2013 at his home in Horace. Chuck’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013 at St. Vincent’s Catholic Church, Mott, with Fr. Charles Zins as the celebrant. Interment will take place at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Military honors will follow the Mass and be provided by the Mott American Legion. Visitation will be on Thursday one hour prior to services at the church.

Charles Ernest Messmer was born December 3, 1952, in Dickinson, the son of Albert and Josephine (Koenig) Messmer. He was raised and educated in the Mott area, graduating from Mott Lincoln High School in 1971. He joined the United States Army on November 30, 1971 and served honorably until his discharge on August 29, 1973.
