Erin L. Koffler
Erin Koffler, 47, of Fargo, ND, died unexpectedly in her home on October 28, 2013.

Erin Leone Vettel was born in Ada, Minnesota, on February 18, 1966. The daughter of Larry and Leone Vettel, Erin grew up in Mahnomen and graduated from Mahnomen High School, where her father was a teacher. She attended North Dakota State University and completed degrees in English and Architecture. At NDSU, Erin was active in a variety of organizations including Blue Key, the Honors Program and in Speech and Debate, where she met her future husband, Monte. They were married at the NDSU Neuman Center on July 24, 1987.

Dear Dr. Fox: My 1½-year-old female hound mix that I recently rescued from a local animal shelter has a recurring yeast infection in her right ear. I took her to the vet twice for this, and he put her on medication. Ear drops are out of the question as she panics when I try to put the drops in. The vet told me the problem could be food allergies.

Lonnie J. Hendrickson
Lonnie Jay Hendrickson was born April 26, 1963, in Moorhead, MN, to Jerome and Kathie (Hughes) Hendrickson. He passed away, Monday, October 28, 2013, to enter into a peaceful place at the hands of our Savior Jesus. Lonnie is now free of the painful effects of his diabetes and many health problems from which he suffered.

Lonnie attended grade school at St. Anthony School in Fargo, ND. He worked for Swanson Construction, Fargo, and also worked and lived in Alaska. He loved fishing, especially while in Alaska. His last job was at The Pallet Company, Fargo, until he was unable to work anymore.

Jeffrey M. Royal, 45, of Fargo, died Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Sanford Health in Fargo.

Jeff was born on September 3rd, 1968, in Fargo, ND, to parents Ron and Lynette Royal. He graduated from Fargo South in 1986. He went on to graduate from Moorhead Tech with a degree in auto mechanics in 1989. He continued to further his education and training with several certifications. After spending 10 years as an auto technician at Goodyear, he went on to become the lead technician at Firestone.
