Minto farmer, presumed drowned in floodwaters, missing since April
MINTO, N.D. — Some 140 friends and family members answered the call Tuesday to search for the body of 55-year-old Guy Miller, who is believed to have drowned April 29 when his pickup was washed off a country road during spring flooding.

Michael Allan Gage
Michael was born June 12, 1990 to Tim Friley of Fargo, and Cheri Gage of Grafton. He died at Sanford Palliative Care on June 18, 2013. Michael is survived by his parents, grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Friley of Minto. Foster parents Brian and Barb Trauman of Fargo. Foster sisters Jenny and Liz. Along with many foster brothers. He had a special niece, Anna, whom he wanted to remember him.

Michael was quite intelligent. He attended North High School and was an avid gamer. Michael received a kidney transplant at age 13. He accepted God as his Savior at age 21.

Naomi L. Allmaras, age 82, of New Rockford, ND, died Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, New Rockford.

Naomi L. (Eckert) Allmaras was born April 2, 1931, to Gertrude (Schlichting) and Joseph Eckert, Sr. at Garrison, ND. The family moved to Underwood, ND, and then to New Rockford, ND where Naomi graduated from high school in 1948. She attended Minot State Teacher's College and graduated with a Standard Teaching Certificate in 1950. She taught at Sheyenne, ND, for one year.

Allen Willert
Allen Willert, of Scottsdale, Arizona recently passed away at age of 87. Allen and his twin sister Aldene were born on February 8, 1926 on a far, near Page, North Dakota.

He was a superior athlete and lettered in four sports while in high school. Allen was a tank driver in Germany for the US Army during World War II and returned to this country on the same ship carrying the surviving members of the Glenn Miller Band.
