BISMARCK – The reign continues. For the second year in a row, Grand Forks Red River walked away with all of the first-place hardware at the boys tennis state tournament. One day after capturing their 15th consecutive team state championship, the Roughriders added singles and doubles titles to their collection Saturday at Capital Racquet and Fitness Center.
