FARGO – Fargo South’s Jacob Weiler isn’t a stranger to lining up for penalty kicks at the North Dakota state boys soccer tournament. The senior midfielder is now 2-for-2 in postseason penalty kicks after getting one past Bismarck goalkeeper Todd Kessler in South’s 2-1 win during the quarterfinals on Thursday at Sid Cichy Stadium.
