Jay Johnson, age 47, of Fosston, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Monday (October 14th) at Essentia Hospital in Fosston. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday (October 19th) at Hope Lutheran Church in Fosston with the Rev. Mark Faugstad officiating. Interment will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Lengby, MN. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service on Friday (October 18th) and for one hour prior to the service on Saturday. All visitation will be held at Hope Lutheran Church in Fosston. Arrangements are with the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home of Fosston and messages of condolence may be sent at carlinhoialmen.com.
