Gary Duggan
Gary Duggan was born December 28, 1938 in Ayr, ND, the son of Floyd and Ella (Schneekloth) Duggan. He was raised in Page, ND and graduated from Page High School in 1958. He married Carol Palmer July 2, 1960 in Page, ND.
Gary attended North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, ND and graduated in May 1961 with associates degree in heating and air conditioning. In 1962, he entered the Army and was stationed in Fort Carson, CO and later did his service in Vicenza, Italy. Upon completion of his military career in 1963, they returned back to the West Fargo area.

Dorothy Bjornson 88, Binford, N.D., passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Griggs County Care Center after a long battle with cancer.
Dorothy Mae Biggerstaff was born April 5, 1924, the daughter of Prince and Estella (Sloan) Biggerstaff at their farmhouse in rural Foster County. She was raised and attended grade school in the area, graduating from Glenfield High School with the Class of 1942.

Cecile D. Fetzer (Bauer) was called home by her heavenly family on Monday January 7th, 2013 surrounded by her family at her home. Memorial services will be held on Saturday January 12th, 2013 at First Congregational Church 35 2nd Ave NE, Garrison, ND at 2:00pm.
Cecile D Fetzer (Bauer) was born on March 18th, 1937 to Fred and Mable (Lee) Bauer in Minot, N.D. She attended school in Minot, graduating in 1955. She worked as an Operating Room Assistant until meeting and marrying the love of her life, Alvin A Fetzer on June 5th 1955. They made their home in Minot, and Garrison, ND, until Alvin was transferred to Fargo, ND by Midwest Motor Express. For 42 years, they made a home in Moorhead, MN, then returning to Garrison, ND in 2007. They raised three children, Michael, Kathryn, and Lisa.

Harlan E. Swenson, 80, Moorhead, MN, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, in ManorCare Health Services, Fargo, ND.
Harlan Eugene Swenson was born February 2, 1932, to Clarence and Anna (Woitzel) Swenson, at his grandparents’ home in rural Gardner, ND. He graduated from Hendrum High School in 1949 and farmed with his family. He served in the US Army from 1953 to 1955 with the 817th EAB in England. After his discharge from the Army he resumed life farming.
