William “Bill” Lopez
With support from Hospice of the Red River Valley, William “Bill” Lopez, 57, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on May 2nd, 2013, after a valiant battle against cancer.

Bill was born and raised in Indiana and moved to Moorhead, MN the fall of 1973 to attend Moorhead State University. His love for athletics and academics led him to play baseball while studying Social Work and Criminal Justice. He was later the recipient of the “Outstanding Young Alumni” award.
