Georgia E. Dietzler
Georgia E. Dietzler, 93, of Breckenridge, MN, formerly of Milnor, ND, passed away January 19, 2013 at St. Francis Home, Breckenridge, MN.
Georgia Ellen Gary, daughter of Earl and Maude Gary was born February 16, 1919 at Milnor, North Dakota, where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from Milnor High School in 1937. Georgia was united in marriage to Clarence Dietzler on October 8, 1937 at Milnor. To this union, four children were born. Clarence and Georgia farmed until 1947, when they became partners with Clarence's brother, Lyle and purchased the Milnor Super Valu Store. They owned and operated Dietzler's Super Valu until retiring in 1972. After retiring, Clarence and Georgia spent 20 years wintering in Weslaco, Texas, and enjoyed spending the summers at their lake home in Minnesota. Clarence passed away on August 18, 1991. Georgia continued to make her home in Milnor until she moved to Breckenridge, Minnesota. Georgia was active in ladies aid, bowling league, card clubs, and shuffling tournaments. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching the Minnesota Twins with Clarence.

Harold "Louie" M. Bosak, 78, of Moorhead, MN, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013, peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Harold, son of Michael and Raymonda (Gehrig) Bosak, was born June 13, 1934, in rural Barnesville, MN. He attended school, ran track, played football and was President of the Student Council for the Barnesville Trojans. Harold attended Interstate Business College and Moorhead State University, where he played football. Harold also served in the US Army, 94th Engineering Battalion, Company A, in Germany until 1954.

Drell E. Bernhardson
Pastor Drell Earl Bernhardson was called back into the arms of the Lord on January 13, 2013, at the age of 93. He was born on April 4, 1919 to Elvin and Florence Bernhardson in Comstock, Minnesota. He grew up on the farm, the eldest of eight children and graduated from Comstock High School at 16 years of age. He attended Moorhead State for 2 years and because of the depression, worked on the farm for 2 years before returning to graduate from Concordia College in Moorhead. Drell went into the seminary and was ordained as a Lutheran pastor from Augustana Seminary in Rock Island, Illinois in 1945.
Drell was united in marriage to Adeline E. Dekko of Ada, Minnesota on June 18, 1944 and spent over 68 years together in their life's work in the church. Drell served at Swaborg Lutheran near Hooper, NE, First Lutheran in Grove City, MN, Messiah Lutheran in Fargo, ND, Thabor Lutheran in Wausa, NE and St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Pender, NE.

Ruby Elizabeth J. Hammerud was born January 18, 1920, at home in Comstock, MN, to Iver and Gertrud "Jenny" (Monson) Hammerud. Ruby was raised in Comstock where she attended school. Her father died when she was two years of age, and Ruby left school early to help her family by working as a housekeeper for neighbors, where she established lasting friendships.
Ruby met the love of her life, Willard Brakke, and they were married June 12, 1940, in Comstock. They lived and farmed in Kurtz Township, Clay County. Four children were born from this marriage, Joanne, Roger, David and Doris. Willard died May 5, 1960, at forty-two years of age.
