Adeline Mae Erickson
Adeline M. Erickson, 85, of Fargo, ND, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 11, 2013. She died at Sanford Health in Fargo, surrounded by loved ones.

Adeline was born May 2, 1928 in Appleton, WI, to John and Thea (Thompson) Erickson. As a child, she moved with her family to Fort Ransom, ND. She attended school at Fort Ransom, graduating from high school in 1946. After graduating, Adeline worked in Fargo for a few years and then moved to Oakland, California, where she began her career with Blue Cross-Blue Shield. She transferred back to Fargo for a short time in the early 50's and then returned to California until 1970, when she again returned to Fargo and resided there until the time of her death. After retiring from Blue Cross-Blue Shield, she worked at various temporary positions and volunteered at the Dakota Hospital gift shop for many years. She was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church in North Fargo. Adeline enjoyed traveling, playing some bingo, and spending time with her many friends and family. She especially appreciated the friendships at Sunrise North during her recent illness. They were her extended family.
