Bret A. Mudgett
Bret Allen Mudgett was born on February 23, 1956, in Grand Rapids, MN, to Albert and Gladys (Lindvall) Mudgett. The family moved to Moorhead in 1957. Bret attended Moorhead High School, MSU Campus School, and graduated from MSUM in Industrial Technology.

He was accomplished in mechanics, electrical systems, die casting, fabrication, welding, jig setting, and drafting. He was intrigued by metals as investments, raw materials, and their ability to be reused and recycled.
