Last week as I walked around the Downtown Fargo Street Fair, I noticed a big group of people standing around a booth near NP Avenue. My first assumption was it had to be the Fry Bread Tacos, but as I walked closer I saw people walking away with tiny cups of red slushy drinks. But they weren’t anything you could get at the 7 Eleven.
