Donald Wayne Wagner was born June 5, 1934, in Carmi, IL. He married Pauline Mouser on June 9, 1951, in Henderson, KY.

Donald pastored and conducted evangelistic meetings in Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas from 1968 to 1988. The couple moved to Moorhead, MN, in 1988. Following their move to Moorhead, Donald served as interim pastor and filled in pulpit supply in churches in Detroit Lakes, Barnesville, and White Earth, MN, from 1995 to 2008. Donald also served as a Cass County Jail Chaplain from 2002 to 2009.

Fargo School Board election promises turnover; 2 incumbents not seeking re-election
FARGO – The Fargo School Board will definitely see some turnover in its June 10 election. Two of five board seats up for election on the nine-member board won’t be defended by incumbents, and a third incumbent said Wednesday that he is still weighing options. The possibility of a shake-up on the board comes after district voters shot down a proposal earlier this month to allow the district to keep its property tax rate higher than a state cap set to kick in at the end of next year.

Ernest (Ernie) Cossette, 89, West Fargo, N.D., passed away on Saturday March 22, 2014 at Sanford Health in Fargo. He was born near Hickson, ND on February 24, 1925 to Arthur and Emma (DuBord) Cossette. He grew up on the family farm and farmed with his family. Ernie attended St. Benedict School in Wild Rice. On July 18, 1944 he married Hazel (Rheault) at St. Benedict. Ernie continued farming until 1946 when he and Hazel moved to Fargo. He was employed at Nabisco for the next 15 years. Ernie then worked as a custodian until his retirement in 1990. Ernie and Hazel moved to West Fargo in 1975.
